Science Night

Tuesday night was our Catholic Schools week open house. Students came with their parents to share a science experiment. It was great to watch as students and parents designed a drum using recycled materials, tin foil, wax paper, and construction paper. Students tested their design and then redesigned it as necessary. There was so much creative thinking and problem solving going on as well as application of science vocabulary. Words like pitch and volume were heard in numerous discussions.
