Fun Thursday

First graders had a fun and exciting day!  The day began with the Pre-K coming to visit. The big first graders read stories to Pre-K friends. It feels good to be able to make others happy with a kindness.

Next we went to visit the fifth grade explorers projects. The projects were so amazing!

This afternoon we went to a special presentation by the Discovery Museum. Students explored concepts of sound  with tuning forks, water, and ping ping balls. This really built on to what we have been learning in science.

Finally we made "HaHa" cups to take home.
